1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return period.
3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, a refund will be processed through cash on delivery adjustment or exchange of product, depending on the customer’s preference.
- Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.
4. Exchange Option
- Customers may request a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability
