  • Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving their order to request a return.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
  • Items returned without original packaging or beyond the return period.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed through cash on delivery adjustment or exchange of product, depending on the customer’s preference.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days after approval.

4. Exchange Option

  • Customers may request a replacement product instead of a refund, subject to stock availability
